A: The glass we use is first-class quartz sand as the main raw material, and the glass made of it is ultra-white and highly transparent, and will not show light blue and green. At present, AAAA grade crystal material is used, which is the highest grade of artificial crystal in China.
Q: ls there a charge for making samples? How much is it? How long?
A: Yes, samples are only charged at cost, depending on size and other requirements. Usually, samples can be made in 3-7 days.
Q: How long is your warranty period? What if the light source is broken?
A: The warranty is 2 years. We will provide you the light sources in free of charge for the bad light source has not reached the warranty period.
Q: How can l get your wholesale price? There is only one piece. Can you do it?
A: Although there is only one piece, we calculate it completely according to the ex-factory price (wholesale price), and look forward to more cooperation next time.
