Wanda Mandarin Quanzhou has a construction area of more than 50,000 square meters, with 22 floors above ground and 2 floors below ground. It has 322 spacious, comfortable, stylish and elegant rooms, including 32 suites (29 deluxe suites, 3 executive deluxe suites) and a presidential suite with an area of more than 200 square meters.
The selected contractor, MATTEO, is responsible for overseeing the hotel's overall decorative light fixtures, providing a full range of services including further design, production and installation. The project was carried out quickly and meticulously over a nine-month cycle, highlighting the efficiency and dedication of the MATTEO team. During the conceptual design phase, which lasted three months, MATTEO's talented team of designers created unique styles for 220 different types of light fixtures, including giant chandeliers and sculptures for the hotel lobby. Subsequently, the focus is on the intricate details of 2,410 lamps.
Once the design plan was approved by the owner, MATTEO seamlessly transitioned to the production stage. Over a period of four months, the production team carefully brought the complex design to life, ensuring that the highest quality standards were met.
Nine months later, all the lamps were successfully installed, and the hotel lobby was magnificent, with a large custom crystal chandelier above the center of the lobby. The theme crystal chandelier adopts the form concept design of traditional Chinese lantern culture, which is combined with 2350 pieces of pure handmade glass and 6810 crystal balls, and the internal metal bracket is fixed. In the background of the front desk, three huge hand-made glass sculptures, originated from Quanzhou flowers -- erythrina flowers as the original design shape, size with 4500MM*1350MM*800MM. The combination of modern and classical, and the symbol of pure and clean blue erythrina flower sculpture match, quiet and open-minded, majestic, all reveal the charm of modern, fashion, natural, soft and elegant, but also reflect the professional quality and hard work of the MATTEO team.
